 September 4 (Sunday Worships)

In the afternoon at Palca, We have returning brethren coming from Hongkong who is working as a domestic helper, sister Myrna Quines and also a few visitors. I preached to them the lesson "From heaven or from Man?". It is about doctrines/sayings that we hear a lot around us and explaining to them if it follows all the Lord's command.

In Dagupan, Jhian first shared a lesson on "Romans 1" then I followed with the same lesson "From heaven of from Man?" in the sermon. We continue to worship in the house of brother Enzo Simangan. There are also visitors who are joining us every Sunday.

I am scheduled every Monday but sometimes, if there are things we needed to do, we exchange days. This time, I preached in the radio. I shared the lesson "Which command to follow?".

September 7 (Midweek Service)

We came late in our midweek service because of the heavy traffic in our town. I went to get my son in school and when we went to church, wherever you try do drive, it is heavy traffic. Everything is now normal here that's why all schools, offices etc are now back.

Brother Macky Miguel from Piat shared a lesson to us about "God's greenhouse".

September 9 (Dagupan Bible study)

I went to Dagupan and was joined by Jhian and Henry. We went to have a bible study at the house of Mrs. Alma Castro. I shared to them about the "True Church in the bible". They are members of the Free Believers Church.

September 11 (Sunday worships)

In our class with the teenagers, I discussed to them Luke 16 and 17. Just like before, they are only 8 of them among many teenagers in the church. Only this 8 or sometimes 10 teens are joining our class and the others only come at worship time. We are trying to encouraged those others but still they always come late.

In the sermon, brother Rody preached "Proverbs 30:10-17".

In Palca, I preached to them the lesson "The man God chose to raise His Son" and as we all know, it is Joseph. It is a very good example of a great father and even though he is not the real father of Jesus, he treated Him as his won.

In Dagupan, Jhian preached a lesson about "You are lost unless" then I followed in the sermon the same lesson. Mrs. Alma came together with his husband in our worship.

September 15 (Midweek service)

Our guest speaker for this evening is brother Edgar Corpuz who is the local preacher at San Vicente Church and also working with brother Jerome in Maguirig Church. He shared to us the lesson "Serve with gladness". The title already speaks for itself. Serving God doesn't only mean sacrifice but with a sincere heart and with gladness also.

September 17 (Palca Visitation)

I visited sister Myrna in Palca. She is the one who is working at Hongkong together with other brethren who are also from the same area. There are 5 of them who are from Palca that are working there. I talked to her and she shared their experiences especially during the pandemic. I tried to comfort her with God's word and joined in prayer.

September 18 (Sunday worships)

In our young people class, I discussed to them Luke 18. After the sharing, we have also short discussions. My wife continue with their class also because she is the one appointed by our elders to teach them every Sunday.

In the sermon, brother Rody preached "Proverbs 30:18-23"

In the afternoon, at Palca, I preached to them Proverbs 10:7 which is "The memory of the righteous is blessed", giving them examples of bible characters who are righteous and we must follow them because of the example of faith they have.

In Dagupan, Henry shared the lesson about "Adoption" and I also preached the same lesson to them.

September 21 (Midweek Service)

Our guest for this evening is brother Alex Genilba who is the local preacher at Karikitan church. He shared to us the lesson about "When God will not hear us".

September 24 (Radio program)

It was my schedule this day because brother Jay have other activities to attend to. I preached the lesson about "Remembrance" which is about the Lord's supper. There are doctrines of man about this, and by this lesson, I answered some of them. We are only given 30 minutes air time in the radio that's why we cannot discussed everything.

September 25 (Sunday Worships)

In the teenagers class, I shared to them Luke 19 and mostly on the part where Jesus entered Jerusalem.

In the sermon, brother Rody preached to us "Proverbs 30:24-28"

In the afternoon, at Palca, I preached a lesson about "Homophones". Words with the same pronunciation but with different meanings. For example, what should we follow, the sum of God's word, or some of God's word?.

In Dagupan, Jhian shared a lesson "How does your light shine?" Then I again followed with the same topic.

September 26 (Radio Program)

I took a part of the lesson from the sermon I preached and I focus on the "Sum of God's word" that we all should follow. We should not take away some part of it and we should not add anything.

September 28 (Midweek service)

Our guest this time is brother Jayson Tanguilan, the preacher at Illuru Church. There is also another congregation he is preaching but I forgot the place. It is a new congregation that he started. He shared to us the topic "Hindrances to spiritual growth".

September 29 and following

I didn't have any activity for this days because I had several headaches daily. I do not know the reason and they just told me to get some rest. Even on our worships, the pain is still there but I continued to do my work.

October 2 (Sunday Worships)

Even with my health problem, I thank God that He gave me the strength and knowledge to share His word. In our young people class, we studied Luke 20.

In the sermon, brother Rody preached "Proverbs 30:28-33".

In Palca, Jhian came with me and he preached about "God's place for you".

In Dagupan, I preached the lesson about "Signs on the road to heaven". After the sermon, invitation is again extended and we are thankful for the two souls who came in front to confess their faith. Mrs. Alma Castro who is joining us since our visitation to their house and Angel Simangan who is just 10 years old. She's been joining us every Sunday and other activities in the church. I am sure she already understand everything even during her confession, she answered well and prepared. Jhian immersed them in water in the near river. I am praying that one of this days, sister Alma's husband will also obey the gospel. He is also joining in our services.

October 3 (Radio program)

I was late in bringing my son to his school and so I needed to rush back to preach in the radio. Unfortunately, because of the traffic, I didn't reach home. I stopped on a parking space and I made a call to the radio station to hook me up. In short, I preached there. And I remembered the lesson I preached the last Sunday which is "Signs on the road to heaven". Those signs are like the road signs we need to follow like the stop sign, meaning, we should stop sinning, to u-turn, meaning, we should not go back to our old lives and many more.

October 5 (Midweek service)

We have again brother Robert Pader as our guest speaker. He is preaching in two congregations and Bangag and Bauan. He shared to us "What are our wishes".

October 9 (Sunday worships)

In our young people class, we studied Luke 21-22. We are already near the part where Jesus showed how He loved us by sacrificing Himself.

In the sermon, brother Rody preached "Proverbs 31:1-9".

In Palca, I preached to them about "Centurions' faith". After our worship, it rained very hard.

In Dagupan, the rain continues, and as I said, we are only having our worship at the house of brother Enzo. I needed to shout in order for them to hear me. It is cold and some are getting wet but still we finished our obligation on that day. We all went home joyfully because we know that whatever the situation is, if we worshipped God in spirit and truth, He will be happy.
