No conversion was made but the brethren are surely edified because of their reactions.

Brother Rody continued in our bible study our booklet wherein we are already in the third part “What’s this book all about?” And in the sermon, he preached about The unknown God.

July 13 (Pamplona and Sanchez Mira preaching)

We traveled early at around 6:30 in the morning to go in Pamplona, particularly on the village of Dubeng where brother Robison Pulveras is preaching.

We arrived in the location at around 9:30. Brother Zack preached about “The church of Christ is different” and brother Ron preached “Trust God till danger passes. The invitation was extended and two precious souls came in front to confess their faith.

In the afternoon, we went to Pureg, Sanchez Mira where brother Boy Odaundo is preaching. When we arrived, there was a man who wanted us to leave the place because he said that it was their territory. Upon listening to their conversations with brother Robin and other brethren, he is also a preacher but is saying that he belongs to the group of Danny Tiongson. They are also preachers of the Church of Christ that brother Robinson is joining before but when he saw what there true attitudes are, he decided to leave them. He saw how they drink alcohols, using the benevolence given by brethren in the US for their own interest and not distributing to whom it was intended and many more sins. The man  who wanted us to leave cannot do anything and so he went home. But on his way home, one of our brother followed him secretly. Not knowing that someone is following him, the man called the Tiongson on his phone, and in their conversation, they wanted him to throw rocks on our cars. But because one of our brother heard it, they were on guard in the parking area.

The Gospel Meeting went well because of the brethren who guarded the area. Brother Zack preached about “God provides”. After him preaching, brother Ron also preached. But before he stand, brother Jerome and I brought brother Zach to the hospital where sister Cathy is working. He wanted to see how the doctors work in our area. He is a medical student and is just on his first year.

In the evening, we brought the two converts from Dubeng, Pamplona in our hotel where we baptised them. Brother Ron was the one who immersed them in the water while the rain continuous to drop.

July 14 (Preaching at Magacan, Sanchez Mira)

In the morning, we went to the preaching place of brother Danilo Bautista. I’ve been in this congregation several times already for their Gospel Meeting and I am happy to see that they continually are serving the Lord. Brother Zach preached about “God Provides” while brother Rody is translating phrase by phrase his lesson. Brother Ron also preached about “Trust God till danger passes” and brother Rody summarises the lesson after brother Ron. Invitation was again extended and two souls came in front to confess their faith. We again baptised them in the pool in the hotel.

After the baptism, we traveled going to Laoag City to bring the three American brethren in a hotel. We arrived there at around 6 in the evening. Upon arrival, we traveled back immediately to Tuguegarao because the next day is Sunday. We arrived here in Tuguegarao at around 12:30 in the midnight.

July 15 (Sunday worship at Tuguegarao and Palca)

Brother Rody continued to share again the third part of the lesson on our booklet. Brother Jerome preached in the sermon on the second part of his lesson about “The measure of a strong church”.

In the afternoon, at Palca, I preached to them about the Eunuch. I got this lesson from the part of brother Zach lesson on God provides and they also needed to be edified by how the Eunuch wanted to know the will of God.

July 18 (Midweek service at Tuguegarao)

I shared to the brethren the last chapter of 2nd Peter and it talks about the judgment of Christ and how should a christian live.

July 19 (Distribution of Tracts and bible studies at Bangag and Bauan Solana)

We first went to Bauan, Solana to distribute bible tracts. We are about 10 preachers who joined effort to get the job done (Robert Pader, Denis Yuson, Jun Antonio, Rogelio Esperanza, Manny Pader, Jimmy Duque, Jayson Tanguilan, Ronald Valdez, David Malupeng and I). We also had a bible study at one of the brethren’s house whose son is our main prospect. He was released from jail in Muntinlupa and is now ready to turn his life around by serving God. Brother Denis preached about “The destiny of man”. On our way back to the car, we saw sister Balisi who, according to brother Robert has not attended the services for several months already. We prayed in their house with me leading the prayer.

We went to Bangag as our next destination. We again distributed bible tracts in the area even going inside the school compound to give copies to the parents who are waiting for their kids. We also prayed in one of our brethren house.

July 21 (Gospel Meeting at Pussian, Alcala)

The rain won’t stop but that cannot stop as in going to the work. The road is very slippery with dirts and muds in the way. We were late in arriving but thanks God everything is fine. Brother Virgilio Bocarile preached about “Life in the wilderness” and brother Rody preached about “Crying”. Invitation was extended and two young souls came in front to confess their faith. The young boy is still young but answered all the questions asked to him. We baptized them in their baptistery at the back of the chapel.

July 22 (Sunday worship at Tuguegarao and Palca)

Brother Rody continued in our bible study teaching from our booklet. We haven’t finished yet the third part and so we studied it again. He also preached in the sermon about “Crying”.

In the afternoon, at Palca, I preached to the about “You will deny me three times”. There are many things we can learn from this and not just about Peter denying Christ for three time.
