are subject of bible baptism”. In the sermon, I prepared my own lesson but
brother Jay volunteered to preach.
So he preached about “When in the church
not growing?”
In the afternoon, at Palca, I preached to them about “Edification or Entertainment”. Defining
the real work of the church to edify the members, because other churches,
instead of edifying its members with the words of God, they make recreational
activities, youth fellowships, and many other more.
February 18, in our preachers bible
study, brother Robert Pader preached
in the morning about “Honey or Vinegar;
What kind of preacher are you?” This is a good lesson because it teaches us
what we should be when we are standing in the pulpit. Sometimes we should be as
sweet as honey, to preached about the goodness of God and sometimes like a
vinegar that rebukes any kind of sin.
In the afternoon, He preached about ‘2 Corinthians 6”, the apostles
vindication, appeal to the Corinthians to open their hearts to God and
exhortation not to have fellowship with unrighteousness.
February
19, in our midweek service, brother Jerome discussed to us the lessons from
“Mark 6”.

23, in our Lord’s day service, brother Jun taught in our bible study about “3 things that keep us from thanksgiving”
that is pride, constant complaining and carelessness. In the sermon, brother Jay preached about “If the bible is the word of God” and discussed passages concerning
the validity of the bible.
February
24, I
preached in the radio program about “How to overcome sin”. Before, we are
using tape recorders for our lessons but now, the radio station requires us to
us CD’s instead of tapes. I am scheduled always to preach every Monday in the
radio if brother Rody is in Manila.
February
25, in our preachers bible study,
brother Robert Rances taught in the
morning about “Promises of God” and in
the afternoon, he preached the lessons we could learn on “2 Corinthians 7”.
February
26, in our midweek service, brother Efren Respicio preached on “Mark 7”; Jesus teaches about inner
purity, the faith of the syro-phoenician woman and Jesus heals a deaf and mute.
March
1, my two kids and wife came with me in Manila for
the preaching in Esa-Pasay congregation.
March
2, in our Lord’s day worship there, I taught in the bible study about “Evangelism”
and the needs of it, and in the sermon,
I preached about “Nots of the Devil”. We had four visitors whom one is a
liberal preacher at Baguio City. I talked with him after the service and
discuss some doctrinal matters. He also said that his granddaughter was in the
hospital and so he asked me to lead the group in prayer for her fast recovery.
While preparing for our lunch, 1 man
and 2 ladies came. They said that they are trying to find the church the whole
morning and only located it after 12n.n. Brother Leonard who was with me talked
to them and giving them the schedules of worship. They are new in the city and
we gave them easy routes so that they can come earlier next time.
In the afternoon worship, we started
the service with just three brethren including already my wife while I preached to them about “Receiving
miracles of Christianity”. Two more came while I was already in the middle
of the lesson.
March
4, in our preachers bible study, brother July preached in the morning about “How to know you are dying spiritually”
then followed by brother Rody who

premillenianism”.

studies and brother July discuss to us “2
Corinthians 8”.

Catholics are celebrating on that day.

funeral of our late brother Bernardo
Darauay who died March 5. I help in leading spiritual songs as way to
comfort the family and brother Rody
preached about “Be ready for the
judgment”. There are a few people in attendance because it is just the
first night of the funeral.
March
7, we went to Bauan,
Solana for the Gospel Meeting. I taught in was in Iraga at
first, but then they told me that the place of worship is near that place. They
only have one speaker and it was brother Rody.
He preached about “God’s spiritual house”.
After the lesson, we extended the invitation and four precious souls went in front to confess their faith. We brought
them here in Tuguegarao to be baptized at the baptistery but the other one who
went in front said that she is having a fever and decided not to come with us,
but one young man came who is also in attendance in the study and decided to
confess his faith. So all in all, four
were baptized.
In the evening, we went again to have a service at the funeral. I helped again in leading songs and brother Rody preached about "The Value of the Soul".
March
8, we went to San
Isidro, Sta. Maria where brother James Attaban and Lino Darauay is
preaching. Brother Rody is again the
speaker and he preached about “Entering
the church”. We also extended the invitation but no one came in front. We
had a talked with the visitors and they said that they wanted to be baptized
but not right now. We explained to them the importance of being ready because
we do not know when death will come of the judgment. But they insist that they
will decide until the next day.
I’m happy that the next day, they
decided and were baptized in the name of the Lord. Four of them where baptized.
March
9, in our Lord’s day service here at Metro
Tuguegarao, I taught in our bible study
about “Wrong Vessels to travel on Water” and in the sermon, brother Rody preached about “Lessons from Noah and the ark”.
In the afternoon at Palca, I preached the same lesson at Palca “Wrong vessels to travel on water”.
When I arrived home, brother Robert
and brother Gemiano were in the church building here at Tuguegarao so I went
there. They brought four who wanted to
be baptized who are from Bauan. So we explained to them why we need to be
baptized and they decided to follow Christ.
